Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RTM Audio, operated by Ohad Nissim, Luxembourg (“RTM Audio,” “we,” or “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit rtmaudio.com, join our mailing list, take part in our beta programme, or use our software. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), RTM Audio is the data controller.

01 Information We Collect

Information you give us. Your email address when you ask to be notified; and, if you take part in the beta, your name (optional) and the feedback you submit.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form, we record the IP address and browser user-agent alongside it to prevent spam and abuse. Our hosting provider also processes standard request logs.

Beta access. A single functional cookie stores your beta authentication so you stay signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Your audio. Our software processes audio locally on your device. Your audio content is not transmitted to RTM Audio.

02 How We Use It

03 Legal Bases

We rely on: your consent for the mailing list and beta participation (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in securing our services, preventing abuse, and improving our products from feedback; and the performance of a contract when we provide software and licences to you.

04 Service Providers

We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

05 International Transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States or the United Kingdom). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

06 Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep beta feedback for the duration of the beta programme and a reasonable period afterwards. Security and request logs are kept only for a short period.

07 Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@rtmaudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Luxembourg, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

08 Cookies

We use only essential, functional cookies — specifically the beta-access cookie described above. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required for tracking.

09 Children

Our site and software are intended for professional and adult users and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10 Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
