Can I get a refund?

Yes. Write to support@rtmaudio.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and we refund you in full, including tax, for any reason. If a plug-in will not install or run on a system we list as supported and we cannot fix it, you can ask within one year. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, and the licence for that plug-in ends. If you bought several plug-ins together at a set price, we refund that order as a whole. If you are willing, tell us why; it is optional and never changes the answer. The full terms are in section 15 of the EULA.
